We have been instructed by Tullamore Town Council to place the last two remaining sites in cloncollig, on to the open market. Each site is in the region of 0.15 acres, no 'local need' applies and each site is fully serviced with mains water, mains sewerage and ESB all available to the sites. Existing house types include a mix of bungalows and dormer style bungalows which are conveniently located adjacent to Tullamore Retail Park and the recently opened by-pass.
